Head Coach/ Lead Success Coach

 

LOCATION: Remote, company based in NY

POSITION TYPE: Part-time (7 - 12 hours/week)

SALARY: $30 - $45+/hour (commensurate with experience)

What We’re Looking For...

We are rapidly growing and looking for an exceptional Head Success Coach to join our team. You will have your own roster of career coaching clients AND work to help manage the operations and efficiency of our Success Coach team. Your goal will be to maintain our high-caliber of coaching by monitoring client delivery and Success Coach efficiency. If you are an experienced career mentor with strong leadership abilities, this is the perfect side hustle for youu.

 

You will…

  • Maintain your own roster of 10 - 15 career coaching clients providing daily support in our private Slack channel, giving feedback on curriculum and job search documents, and host group coaching calls. Feedback includes, but is not limited to, resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, job applications, and more.

  • Monitor entire coaching clients program delivery by looking through client rosters weekly and seeing improvements that can be made for each client and providing feedback to the appropriate coach.

  • Collaborate with coaches on client feedback, client problem solving, and client issues.

  • Review entire programs Slack messages, adding additional coaching, and giving coach feedback appropriately

  • Holding quarterly performance reviews with Success Coaches to help them improve and succeed.

  • Look for program improvements and suggesting changes when necessary. 

 

You have...

  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, online coach, or in a Human Resources or People Operations role

  • Significant experience editing resumes and cover letters

  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate well with others 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Deep empathy, which shines through various communication channels

  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills

  • Ability to work independently with little supervision

  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients and Success Coaches

Required skills...

  • A strong leader with proven management abilities
  • Not looking to start your own career coaching business, but wanting to make an impact on others 
  •  Experienced as a career coach, recruiter, or other HR mentorship function. We will not consider applicants without this experience
