What We’re Looking For...
We are rapidly growing and looking for an exceptional Success Coach to join our team. Your focus will be challenging our clients to strive for bigger and better careers. Your day-to-day will be a mix of client facing and administrative work. Your goal will be to help as many clients as possible land dream role. If you’re a recruiter or Human Resources professional looking for a challenge, our Success Coach role was made for you. 
You will…

FEEDBACK & EDITING
  • Review, revise, and provide prompt and thorough feedback on client job search materials including resumes, cover letters, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolios on a weekly basis
COACHING & CLIENT SUPPORT
  • Attend and coach on weekly group coaching calls and 1:1 calls with clients
  • Lead private onboarding calls with new clients and ensure a positive enrollment experience
  • Respond to client questions and coaching needs in a private Slack community on a daily and regular basis
  • Monitor client progress via dashboards and implement intervention when needed
  • Manage retention and renewal process for clients enrolled in the program
OTHER
  • Support team with coverage when needed.
 
You have...
  • At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, online coach, or in a Human Resources or People Operations role
  • Significant experience editing resumes and cover letters
  • Experience or insight into effective job search strategies and how to get results in the job market. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Deep empathy, which shines through the various communication channels
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently with little supervision
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with prospective clients
  • Ability to work comfortably in a fast paced environment
  • Experience and/or willingness to learn the following tools
    • Google Suite
    • Canva
    • Airtable 
    • Slack
    • Kajabi
