WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR
I need a quick, smart, adaptable Virtual Assistant/OBM who is ready to work hard and support me and our fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be open to administrative tasks, or have their own VA to do them, as well as high-level knowledge of operations and procedures to optimize the business. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants long-term growth in an amazing company that is making an impact on people's lives. You will have a lot of independence and responsibility in the role to make it your own. As the CEO, I am looking for someone who will be able to take tasks off my plate and run with them with little direction. You will be the backbone of our operations to keep the team running.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
CLIENT DELIVERY - Manage client offboarding and onboarding by assigning coaches, ordering welcome gifts, tracking in our Client Database, sending welcome emails, and ensuring payments and contracts have been signed.

Respond to emails from clients and prospective clients in a timely manner with professionalism.

Manage client payments and handle missed payments as needed.

Post announcements and call recordings in our private Slack channel regularly.
SALES
- Help manage our sales process by connecting with leads promptly via social media following our procedures.
- Compile regular metrics on sales data and call rates. Offer improvement suggestions and ideas.
GRAPHIC DESIGN - Post social media content on LinkedIn and schedule emails.
- Create graphics, slides, and landing pages as needed.
OPERATIONS
- Constantly improve backend operations in our systems like AirTable and ClickUp to improve efficiencies.
- Create, update, and maintain SOPs regularly.
- Work on ad-hoc projects as needed (strong problem solving necessary).
REQUIRED SKILLS - Experience with ClickUp, Stripe, and Kajabi or ability to learn quickly in your own time
- Previous Virtual Assistant or OBM experience
- Extremely strong organizational skills
- Willingness to do repetitive and administrative tasks
- Strong problem solver and quick thinker
- Someone who can work independently and in a team
- An interest in growing with my team and company
- Strong interest in women's empowerment and career growth
- Based in the US, ideally on the East Coast, or able to adapt to East Coast hours
IDEAL SKILLS
- Experience with programs like Zapier, Slack, Kajabi, Stripe, ThriveCart, ClickUp, Excel, and GSuite
- Past VA experience supporting an entrepreneur
- Experience in or supporting entrepreneurs and/or coaches
